Ij is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 17 years of experience as a trusted advisor at top public accounting firms. She provides assurance and compliance services to nonprofit and international donor organizations to enable them to achieve their mission. She is also a health and wellness enthusiast and from experience has had the privilege to see how much the human body is truly capable of through exercise, good nutrition, and intentional wellness.
She is passionate about being healthy and well in every aspect of life, as it truly is the secret to thriving daily and walking in God’s purpose for our lives. She has experienced and learned the
life-changing benefits of healthy eating, exercising, practicing mindfulness, gratitude, self-love, and self-care. She is also a licensed Zumba® instructor, privileged to use her fitness skills to bring joy, health, and wellness to people, one Zumba® party at a time. Her purpose is to empower women and men to achieve their fitness goals, transform their bodies and develop a fit lifestyle as well as help them attain the ability and self-confidence to maintain that lifestyle.

Laura M. Tshilumba, CPA (also known as “Coach LT”) is a Subject Matter Expert in Global Mobility U.S. Taxation. As a Certified Public Accountant with more than 16 years of experience in International Taxation, she helps organizations and individuals understand the tax consequences of their global footprints. She also specializes in helping U.S. expatriates come into compliance with their U.S. tax filing requirements.
Laura is a Health Mindset Certified Coach and founder of “Your Coach LT”, a health and wellness coaching business. Coach LT believes every woman deserves to feel and look good in the body she has today, not when she is fifteen pounds less
from today. Through her Self-Love Signature Coaching Program, she empowers women to transform how they feel in their bodies in their current season of life so that they can nurture their bodies to optimal health, without sacrificing their favorite foods and mental health. She guides her clients into mothering their inner child with self-love notes so they can put into practice a self-care plan that fit their busy lifestyles. Nikki Oluseye-Longe is a Transformational Coach to wives who have been married for 7 years. She empowers women to live out their God designed purpose and transform their passionless marriages into one that is flourishing, creating a surefire connection between them and their partner.
She is also the creator of Here For Wives™, a partnership with wives and marriage that centers on emotional, spiritual, financial, physical and family values. Seeing marriages in varying stages of trials, Nikki’s mission through Here For Wives™ is to honor, support and empower wives to live out the God designed purpose for their marriage.
Her goal is to help wives stay focused and centered against all odds, maintain order in the home even when inadvertently occupying the role of spiritual leader, faithfully manage the resources she has been given, cultivate a culture of unselfish ‘self-care’ and diligently and meticulously pour into her children.
In addition to speaking life into marriages, Nikki is the Owner/Creative Designer of Velvet Queen Shapewear™, a lingerie brand with shaping in it to heighten, titillate and elevate the status level of the women who wear it.
Nikki lives in Atlanta with her husband of over 22 years and two children.
SESSION 4: Elevate like a Queen - The spiritual and practical steps to soulful success - Hosted by Yemi Falayajo
Dr. Yemi Falayajo currently serves as the Head of Programmes for UN Women Malawi Country Office. Yemi leads and manages the execution of the Country Programme to achieve UN Women’s programmatic priorities for Malawi, leading a diverse and cross functional team across diverse pillars. She brings to the fore over 19 years of experience in leadership and management providing strategic guidance and support to diverse stakeholders including Governments, UN Country Teams, and Non state actors several countries and sub-regions in Results based Development planning, resource mobilization and execution of development plans. She has worked in
several countries including Nigeria, Zambia, Namibia, Lesotho, Botswana, Namibia, South Africa and Malawi and regional bodies such as the Southern African Development Community (SADC).
Yemi is a dynamic, highly analytical, and people oriented person who enjoys leading the formulation and scaling up of initiatives, and ensuring stakeholder collaboration and buy-in to the processes and results. Her leadership style is highly result-oriented and supportive. She trained as a Dental Surgeon with a Master’s Degree in Public Health.
