Now let’s talk about how the financing option works.
There is a non-refundable service fee of $1000 that must be paid upfront to begin the process. If you are not approved for any reason, you will be invited to use our in-house payment plan and this fee will be considered, your first month’s payment.
Here are some of the conditions required for approval
Credit Score: Customers will need a minimum credit score of 600.
Debt: Customers must not be overburdened with monthly debt payments where payments exceed a majority of their monthly income.
Income: Customers will need a nominal level of annual income. Most people retaining any full-time job will be able to pass our minimum threshold for income.
Please note that these guidelines are subject to change but we hope this gives you a more clear understanding of the types of customers eligible for Elective.

This mastermind service is non-refundable and the contract is for a year. However if after 60 days, the client after having done the work and can show proof of such work, feels that it is not meeting their needs, the balance can be redeemed for personal strategy sessions or private coaching sessions or upcoming mastermind retreat (tuition only (not room and board) commensurate with the amount remaining.

Ekene Ajene Onu, is a case study of reinvention. She was a pharmacist for almost 20 years and decided to step into the world of executive coaching and developing human capital so she got certified as a social and emotional intelligence coach, studied Organizational and change leadership at Georgetown university and is certified in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion training from Cornell University.
